Allu Arjun's 'Sarrainodu' has completed 10 days run and the movie would easily join the club of Rs 50-cr movies in Tollywood in a couple of days. With such bad word-of-mouth, "Sarrainodu" joining the Rs 50 cr club is truly a big achievement.
But Allu Arjun and his team are not satisfied with this success, say the sources. Bunny's next target is to cross the total collections of Pawan Kalyan's "Gabbar Singh" that has collected more than Rs 60 Cr share in 2012. Allu Arjun is aiming to break the records of Pawan Kalyan.
Being in the list of among the top highest collected movies in Tollywood is goal. In the past, his film featured in that list with "Race Gurram", but after the release of "Baahubali" and "Srimanthudu" the positions have changed.
Now "Baahubali" ranks in the top position, and the second place goes to "Srimanthudu". "Attharintiki Daaredi" and "Magadheera" occupy next positions. Fifth place is Pawan Kalyan's "Gabbar Singh". As none of his movies ranks in the top five movies, Allu Arjun is aiming to topple the place of Pawan Kalyan.
At present, it is not clear whether "Sarrainodu" can cross the total collections of "Gabbar Singh", but Allu Arjun and his father Allu Aravind (also producer of "Sarrainodu) are reportedly trying to achieve this.
Rumors also floating around that the first week collections were jacked up a bit since the movie was released by Geetha Arts in most areas in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.
Hence to achieve this goal of joining the club of top all-time hits in Tollywood, the Allu Arjun team is reportedly working hard.
