Bunny’s Yodhavu Off to a Good Start in Kerala

Yodhavu
Allu Arjun’s recent film, Sarrainodu is making plenty of noise in Kerala. The film’s Malayalam version ‘Yodhavu’ released today in over 80 theatres across Kerala and response, so far, is said to be quite positive. Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, the film has been produced by Allu Arvind, and it also had Rakul Preet, Catherine Tresa in lead roles.
It’s a well-known fact that Allu Arjun has a big fan base in Kerala and every film in his career has been dubbed in Malayalam over the years. At one point of time, he was so popular in Kerala that he was even chosen as the ‘Youth Icon of the year’ at a prestigious awards ceremony. Few months ago, when Allu Arjun paid a visit to Kochi, he promised that he would like to act in a Malayalam film, provided he gets a good script.
Now, with Yodhaavu taking a good opening in Kerala, it’s perhaps high time that Allu Arjun thinks of acting in a trilingual film which can be shot simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, to strengthen his fan base in God’s Own Country.
On the other hand, Sarrainodu went on to become the biggest hit in Allu Arjun’s career, despite mixed reviews and the actor himself stated that it’s the fifth biggest grossing film in Telugu film industry’s history.
