Buzz around Duvvada Jagannadham was a bit muted after the sudden postponement of the film from May 19 to June 23. Teaser and posters have raised the expectations, but the delay in release made DJ lay low for a while.
Now with the movie just a month away from hitting the screens, first single was launched on YouTube and it has become an instant hit with the listeners.
Top music director Devi Sri Prasad who has been in superb form lately has come up with a foot tapping yet powerful song that goes ‘DJ… Saranam Bhaje Bhaje’.
The lyrically rich song penned by Jonnavithula describes the character of DJ. Vijay Prakash has sung it with great panache and DSP’s beats in the middle of the song are just mind blowing.
Though there’s a bit of ‘Bhairavudo Bhaskarudo’ (Attarintiki Daredi) vibe to it, the song will surely leave a lasting impression on its listeners and raises expectations on the remaining songs.
