Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde’s on-screen chemistry in their upcoming movie ‘Duvvada Jagannadham’ is one of the most talked about topics in the Tollywood circles, besides the rumours of their off-screen chemistry.
In a recent interview, the director of the movie, Harish Shankar revealed how both Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde missed his previous film, Sai Dharam Tej’s ‘Subramanyam For Sale’. Harish narrated the story to Bunny and he liked it. But, due to prior commitments, he couldn’t take up the project. Initially, Harish Shankar wanted to take Pooja Hegde for the heroine role in ‘Subramanyam For Sale’. Pooja was busy with her Bollywood commitment with Hrithik Roshan for ‘Mohenjo Daro’. She had to decline the offer but stayed in touch with the director and okayed his offer once he narrated the script of ‘DJ’. That’s how Bunny & Pooja missed each other once but, paired up for another movie.
