Telugu Cinema industry had to wait for more than six months to witness another blockbuster after Pawan Kalyan's Attarintiki Daredi went on to become the industry hit. Race Gurram is the real blockbuster after AD and eventually became the first blockbuster of this year. Although it is yet to cross Yevadu full run share, Race Gurram buyers are already smiling all the way to the bank.
Race Gurram collected close to Rs 47 crore share until now. It is all set to cross Yevadu and Mirchi to take the sixth place in all time biggest commercial hits. Race Gurram is still going steady with super collections and is more than likely to become the first Rs. 50 crore film of the year and first ever for Allu Arjun.
Race Gurram has once again proved that family entertainers have the biggest advantage over mass masala potboilers. Except for Magadheera and Gabbar Singh all the top six films are family entertainers. Race Gurram's mega success once again proves the fact that family entertainers are the safest bet for top heroes.
