Bunny has been breaking many records with Race Gurram and he has been setting many new records in the process. His film is doing very good business overseas.
As per final tally after the first weekend, the film is said to have made Rs 5.5 crore in the US alone. It is said to be a record in Bunny’s career.
It is being said that though Bunny always had a good run in the US, Race Gurram is a sensational hit of sorts.
In the past, Sukumar’s Arya, Arya 2 and Trivikram’s Julayi got good response there. Usually, the viewers there do not watch films based on the hero. They mostly go by the story and the subject. Since he fits both the slots, Bunny is particularly popular among the US audience.
If a Bunny’s film is lined up for release, then one can expect good openings. And if there is talk of it providing entertainment and having an interesting subject, then the film will become a huge hit like Race Gurram.
So, the bottomline is that Race Gurram’s stupendous success means the overseas’ rights of Bunny-Trivikram film in the making will be lapped up at very high prices. Surely good news for both Bunny and Trivikram!
