Stylish Star Allu Arjun's short film, I am That Change will be launched on Youtube by 8:30 pm today. This short film is directed by Sukumar and produced by Allu Arjun. In thirst of creating social awareness among people, Allu Arjun initiated this idea and it has been executed in a simple and effective manner.
