While the unit of Race Gurram worked hard day and night to release it in the first week of February at any cost, the Mega family requested the makers to postpone it to Summer. So Race Gurram may hit the screens in April 2014.
It is known that Sai Dharam Tej’s Rey has been delayed for a long time. While YVS Chowdary, producer and director of Rey, planned to release the film during Sankranthi, Dil Raju announced Yevadu release date as Jan 12. So YVS had to push Rey to Feb 05. He wants to release Rey on Feb 05 at any cost.
Allu Sirish was hugely disappointed with the result of his debut film Gauravam. So Allu family have pinned all their hopes on Kotha Janta which is expected to establish Sirish as a hero. They are planning to release Kotha Janta in the third week of Feb. March is not preferred as stundents will be busy with exams. So Allu Arjun came forward to sacrifice for his own family and pushed the release date of Race Gurram to April.
