The audio launch of ‘Race Gurram’ happened in private at Park Hyatt hotel,Hyderabad on Sunday evening.It is a trend in telugu film industry launching a trailer of the film during the audio launch event.The trailer will help to build the hype and the required momentum to take of for the film.But that didn’t happened in the case of ‘Race Gurram’.Trailer of ‘Race Gurram’ was shown at the event but the tv channels covering the event were requested not to show the trailer visuals on TVs and Youtube.
It is heard that the D.I. colour grading and sound effects for the trailer are yet to be finished.So,the makers dedided not to relase the trailer for public.But few reports suggests that since audio launch of ‘Race Gurram’ hasn’t happened among fans,producers are planning for another big event where Allu Arjun will reveal the trailer himself in presence of the mega fans.What ever is the reason,this is the second time it happend in the recent times,the other film was Mahesh '1Nenokkadine' which had it's trailer released in youtube only 10 days before it's release and falled flat in reaching out to the majority of the public.Let's hope that 'Race Gurram' is not going to repeat the same mistake as '1Nenokkadine' by releasing the trailer early. Surender Reddy directed 'Race Gurram' featuring Allu Arjun and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles.The music has been composed by SS Thaman and film is produced by both Nallamalapu Bujju and Dr Venkateshwara.R under the banner Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions.The film is going to release worlwide in the first half of april.
