Director Sekhar Kammula takes his own time in wrapping up a film. He never worries about how many days his film was shot or he doesn't care about the opponent films when his film is about to release. His Anand movie clashed with Shankar Dada MBBS and became successful.
Everyone talked about Sekhar Kammula's guts when he pitted his ultra low budget movie against Shankar Dada. But his gamble paid off and Anand caught the attention. He released Happy Days along with Ram Charan's debut film Chirutha. Despite being aware of hype surrounding Chirutha, Sekhar went on to release Happy Days with it. Rest is history.
Now Sekhar is all set to clash with another mega hero Allu Arjun. Anamika directed by Sekhar Kammula is all set for release. This film may lock horns with Allu Arjun's Race Gurram. Sekhar cannot afford to postpone the release as elections schedule is already out. So this time Sekhar will have to fight it out with red hot Race Gurram. Can Sekhar outperform the Race Horse and come out winner?
