Many young actors can learn a few lessons from gen x star Allu Arjun and particularly imbibe his talent and patience. With abundant talent and being the nephew of Chiranjeevi made him a 'hero' with hits like 'Gangothri', 'Bunny' and 'Arya', but success of mass film 'Desamuduru' transformed him into a star.
However, the actor in him, forced him to experiment with roles a bit and preferred to work with new directors and actresses. If Arya 2 showed his 'grey' shade, he touched another chord of the audience with down-to-earth cable operator role in 'Vedam' and proved his versatility. He was a great dancer and good in action (first Telugu star to boast of 6pack abs with Desamuduru) but the big success was eluding him as film Badrinath, fizzled out as good openings.
Finally, it took 'Julayi' to cross him the 30-crore mark and now with 'Race gurram' sky is the limit and now top directors would rushing to hid doorstep. Even comparison's with his friend and kin Cherry, didn't deter him and he steadfastly believed in talent and patience and it paid off.
