With him being the director, one can expect in a Mega hero movie, the references to Megastar Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan as well. But with Bunny taking an indifferent step to the wishes of Pawan fans, he became an overnight nemesis for them.
They even disliked the Duvvada Jagannadam teaser and promised to do so for any promotional material of the movie. Yo combat the negativity, Bunny could be using an episode like he did in Race Gurram, where he referenced himself to be a fan of Pawan Kalyan.
