Allu Arjun's latest movie, "S/O (Son of) Satyamurthy", is among the top grossers in Telugu movie premier shows in the US. The movie has got an overwhelming response in the country and is the biggest opening of Allu Arjun's career.
As per the latest box office reports, the movie ranks No. 2 after "Aagadu" in the US box office premier gross. This means that the movie has pushed films like "Attarintiki Daaredi", "Gopalal Gopala", "Temper" and "Baadshah" to third, fourth, fifth, and sixth positions, respectively.
According to Andhra Box Office, the gross collection of Telugu movies on Day 1 is as follows.
"Aagadu" - $527K (Thursday)
"S/O Satya Murthy" - $ 347,267 (Wednesday)
"Attarintiki Daaredi" - $345K (Thursday)
"Gopala Gopala" - $280k (Friday)
"Temper" - $257K (Thursday)
Baadshah - $236K (Thursday)
Coming to the second say collection of the movie in the US, the film grossed $136,168 on Thursday, taking up the gross collection of the film in two days to $483,435 (approximately ₹ 3.01 cr). These figures were shared by film trade analyst Taran Adarsh through his Twitter page.
