After a big setback in his career in the form of 'Ramayya Vastavayya' which wasn't received well by the film buffs, Harish Shankar decided to make a low-budget film with Newcomers to bounce back. As days progressed, there seems to be a change in his mindset and he is now eying a Mega Hero for his next project.
As per the prior commitment, Harish Shankar was supposed to direct Allu Arjun post 'Ramayya Vastavayya'. He, however, preferred a small film as he is currently low in confidence to handle a star-studded flick even though Bunny is still open to work with him.
During the same period, Harish Shankar heard good reports about Sai Dharam Tej who is making his debut with 'Rey' and signed him for his upcoming flick. As Tej is yet to become a star, 'Gabbar Singh' maker might have felt there willn't be much pressure on him this time. Touted to be a love story, This untitled film is going to be a big turning point in the career of our Mega Hero.
