Barely a week is there for the release of Allu Arjun's "Sarrainodu" and the movie has failed to generate great buzz like "Sardaar Gabbar Singh" or other recent big movies did at the time of their releases.
Allu Arjun and his team went for different approach for this movie's promotional activity. They did not conduct audio event but had convened a huge pre-release event in Vizag. But the Vizag event attracted more political gossip than bringing positive buzz to the movie.
The promos and audio songs have failed to create any impact. Other than the "Blockbusteree" song, Thaman's songs are not being played on Radio channels either.
Sensing the low buzz, now the team is planning for the screening of the trailer in movie theatres from this weekend. Last year, when Allu Arjun released "S/o Sathyamurthy', there was huge publicity campaign but this time hardly any such activity is seen.
Even the heroines Rakul, Catherine Tresa and Anjali are not promoting the movie.
