Allu Arjun, Rakul and Catherine starrer Sarrainodu is doing quite well at the box-office, despite the mixed response on the first day of its release. Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, the film was produced by Allu Arvind under Geetha Arts banner, and it narrates the story of an ex-military officer, who tries to set things right in the system in his own way.
The film garnered mixed reviews and many critics wrote that, while the film is low on content, it does deliver what it promises thanks to Allu Arjun’s star power and slick action choreography. And it looks like these two factors are working in favour of the film, which is running housefull in several areas across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The film had a strong opening weekend, which is said to be the highest in Allu Arjun’s career and with Sarrainodu sustaining its momentum even on the fourth day of its release, it should come as a big sigh of relief to the distributors and exhibitors in several areas. Thaman had scored the music and Rishi Punjabi is the cinematographer.
