It is known that Allu Arjun had recently gone to Australia for his shoulder surgery.  He was accompanied by Sneha. According to the source, her pregnancy was confirmed there itself. After the successful surgery, the couple had returned home with a good news. 

And what then!  There is no limit for the happiness of Allu family. The family is expecting Junior Allu Ramalingaiah soon.
