Badrinath's Tamil version releasing in July?

Contrary to several reports that Badrinath is going to release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam on June 10, we have some fresh news which might come as a surprise for few people. While the Telugu andMalayalam versions of Badrinath are on track to release on June 10, we hear that the Tamil version might release at the end of June or early July. Allu Arjun's brother, Allu Sirish confirmed this news on Twitter. He also added that the exact release date would depend on other Tamil film releases during that time. The first indication that the film might not release on the same date came when Madhan Karky, the lyricist, stated on June 3 that he has begun penning the songs of Badrinath's Tamil version. On June 6, he tweeted saying, "Done with Tamil version of Chiranjeeva song and now working on Ambadhari. These two are my favourite numbers in Badrinath." Meanwhile, Allu Arjun's fans in Kerala can rejoice as the film will have a wide release across the state and also in select theatres in Gulf.
Badrinath is one of the most expensive films ever made in Telugu cinema and a good box office performance in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and other overseas markets would be a huge advantage, if the film has to breach the Rs 25-30 crore mark. Directed by V V Vinayak, the film is about an Indian Samurai, his guru and a girl. Tamannaah plays the lead role. The story has a backdrop of Badrinath temple and a huge set was erected in Manali for the film. On the whole, 22 sets wereconstructed for the film by Anand Sai and it's touted to be a new record in Allu Arjun's decade long career. Allu Aravind produced the film on Geetha Arts banner. While the buzz about the film is building up, with less than three days to go, all eyes would be on how the film performs when it releases on June 10.
