Rudramadevi is the dream project of Gunasekhar. This film is a historical film based on Telangana warrior queen Rudramadevi. This film got the mixed talk from the first day of its release. Gunasekhar by making this film showed his love towards films. At the time of release this film faced many financial problems all thought that this film will come to theaters or not. But, now the result of Rudramadevi is shocking everyone of the film industry.
Till now this film grossed over Rs 60crs in Andhra and Telangana and also played successfully in Kollywood and overseas. In Overseas this film collecting 1 million marks and placed Sweety Anushka with star heroes.
No one expected this result from Rudramadevi at the time of release. As per the trade analysts craze for Anushka and historical nature of this film helped the film to get shocking success. Rana and Allu Arjun impressed everyone by their performance in important roles.
