Race Gurram Audio Songs Review

1.Down Down Dupa (SS Thaman, Sruthi Haasan):

Very energetic song, perfect dance tune for Allu Arjun's body language, Thaman has come up with different tune and sounding is good, for masses it may take some time but perfect disco atmosphere song, after listening to the song now eagerly waiting to see Bunny's performance for this song, "Down Down Baby Calm Down get ready...", lyrics are difficult to get at, over all a good dancing number.

2.Race Gurram (Usha Uthup, M.M Manasi):

Much expected title track  disappoints, its just another Thaman mass song, Usha Uthup's voice is advantage for this song, song appears to be mix of Naayak title song and Dhookudu BGM, lyrics are good, might be a background song in the movie for hero elevation.

"Dumu repe operation dhamu ape massu action racu gurram."

3.Sweety (Dinesh, Mega):

Best of Thaman's work in recent time, clear  chart buster  and instant hit song, singers did a great job but its all about tune and beat, its completely refreshing, Thaman is definitely improving day by day and giving good melodies, it may go crazy among youth.

"Sweety koncam mata vinave, sweety koncham kopaginchave" beat is too good.

4.Cinema Chupistha (Simha, Yadagiri):

Might be hero teasing  villain  song, typical Thaman song with Telangana flavor, song is energetic and Bunny should be easily carrying it, though it needs repeat hearings to get into the song, it might go well with the masses, lyrics are just okay, teenmar beat in the middle is good, lets wait for Bunny's moves.

"meetai thinantha thipi putine, sandulala donga leka thipapatane" beat is good.

5.Gala Gala (Siddarth Mahadevan, Rabbit Mac):

Starts with an interesting beat, song sounds different in AR Rehman's style, lyrics are just okay but singers voice is refreshing and main advantage for this song, rest all depend on picturisation, youth may like this song and great one for ringtones.

Unexpected and shocking song from Thaman.

6.Boochade (Shreya Goshal, Rahul Nambiar):

And my pic of the album, teaser bit Boochade is simple rocking, Shreya Goshal simply killed the song with her husky vocals, beat is good and lyrics are good too, might be item song in the movie, orchestra work is great.

"effect gade,  defect gade..boo..boom.. boochade".

On a whole totally refreshing album form Thaman and best album in recent times, Thaman after a long gap strikes back with a bang, 4 of 6 songs are good with Sweety and Boochade as instant chart busters, this time Thaman fails with his typical drum beats both Cinema Chupistha and Race gurram are just passable.

Good album from Thaman, now its all upto Bunny to take them to next level.
