Trivikram’s Advice to Sunil

Actor Sunil, who has hit bull’s eye with Poola Rangadu, says that he is open to play usual comedian roles. But on the advice of his close friend Trivikram, he is right now sticking to do hero characters. It has been a custom for Trivikram’s movies to have Sunil in one of the key roles.

Allu Arjun’s movie with Trivikram will break this custom as the director is not ready to cast Sunil in a comedy role after his successful stint as a hero. When Sunil requested Trivikram for a role in Allu Arjun’s film, the director cum writer denied to cast him in and gave him an advice to stay away from comedy characters at the moment.

Sunil, who is celebrating his birthday today, is all set to start his next venture as a hero soon. He is playing the lead role in Telugu remake of Bollywood hit Tanu Weds Manu. 

Bunny’s Kollywood Entry

Stylish star Allu Arjun will soon make debut in Tamil cinema. Allu Arjun is likely to do a bilingual film in Selva Raghavan’sdirection. Selva has been planning to make a high budget film in Telugu and Tamil. He got the nod from Allu Arjun, but the project will take some time to hit the floors.

Shruti Haasan will play the female lead in this film. Currently Selva Raghavan is making a Tamil film with Anushka and Arya in the lead roles. Allu Arjun is busy withTrivikram’s project at the moment.

Allu Arjun has also agreed to do a film in Dil Raju’s banner under Vasu Varma direction. So Selva Raghavan’s film might start rolling from this year end or next year. 

Bunny's Stunts at Chennai Harbor

Allu Arjun's latest movie under Trivikram direction is currently being shot in Chennai Harbour.An action sequences is being shot on Bunny and other fighters. Peter Hynes is choreographing the fight. 

Ileana is playing Allu Arjun's love interest in the movie while Sonu Sood is playing the badie. N. Radha Krishna is producing the movie under Harika Hasini Creations banner while DVV Danayya is presenting the movie. Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the music.

Selva to Rope in Bunny & Shruti Haasan

Director Selvaraghavan is busy with the Arya and Anushka starrer Irandam Ulagam. The director went on a tour to Brazil to finalize the locations for the next schedule and returned just a couple of days ago. Selva announced yesterday that he is on a trip to the US to scout for locations to shoot another schedule there. As soon as the location hunting is over, he will recommence the shooting.

There are reports that Selva has already set his eyes on his next after Irandam Ulagam. The director is reportedly in talks with Allu Arjun for a bilingual. If this works out, it could mark Allu Arjun’s debut in Kollywood. Shruti Haasan is touted to be the leading lady in this film.

BunnyChanges His Mindset for Success

Stylish Star Allu Arjun teamed up with acclaimed filmmaker Selvaraghavan ('Aadavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule', '7/G Brundavan Colony' fame) for a tri-lingual film (Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam), which will go to the floors soon.

After the disastrous result of Varudu and Badrinath, Allu Arjun is very cautious while signing films and is preferring good scripts, than star directors. In the past, he used to bank heavily on hotshot directors as they were a safe bet. But his recent failures forced him to think otherwise. Now, the actor has no reservations about working with debutant/flop/tamil directors, if the script narrated by them is good enough.

Selvaraghavan's script is one of those rare ones, which is a perfect blend of content and commercial elements. Bunny is all set romance Shruti Hassan for the first time in this film. The regular shooting of this big budget extravenga which costs around Rs 45 crores, will start by the end of 2012.

Bunny Vouches for Entertainers

Allu Arjun has a new definition for big and small cinema. In his view any movie that appeals to and entertains the audience is a big movie. Conversely any movie that fails to do so is a small movie. The star known for his energetic dancing skills said that success is a matter of content.

He made this comment while inaugurating the audio CD of the movie “Ee Rojullo”. The movie stars debutants Sree and Reshma and is directed by new comer Maruthi. Allu Arvind who was present in the function said that the songs have turned out well and expressed hope that the movie would appeal to all sections of the audience.

He described Maruthi as a hardworking young man with an excellent feel for creative cinema. The movie is produced under the “Good Friends” banner and will be released shortly according to the producers.

Dasari Buys Bunny - Trivikram film

Dasari Narayana Rao's Siri Media has bought the distribution rights of Allu Arjun and director Trivikram's current film for a whopping price. Sources told Siri Media has acquired theatrical rights of the movie for Andhra Pradesh for about Rs 23 Crores. A record amount for an Allu Arjun starrer.

Being produced by Radhakrishna and presented by Danaiah, the film is currently under progress in Hyderabad. Ileana is the heroine.

This romantic entertainer is expected to hit the screens in June.

Richa Gives Deep Shock to Bunny!

Richa Gangopadhyaya gave a pleasant surprise to Allu Arjun as he noticed that she is very tall. An amused Allu Arjun couldn't hide his shock as he expressed the same on the stage of Ee Rojullo Audio launch. "Enti Richa intha height unnava nuvvu, nenasalu expect cheyaledu!" said Bunny in a funny tone.

Actually no one expected such a comment from Allu Arjun on stage. He might have felt embarrassed to shake hands with a heroine who is taller than him. It is natural for men to feel inferior when they meet tall girls. And Allu Arjun being a big hero, should have felt bad about it.

Arjun's cousin Ram Charan was aware of Richa's height. He met her at Leader premiere. Needless to say that she is taller than Charan. Tall heroines are finding it tough in Tollywood these days as most of the young heroes are of average height and they are not keen on roping tall heroines opposite them. NTR, Charan, Allu Arjun and many other young heroes are short in height. So actresses like Richa, Deeksha, Anushka are not being entertained by them.

In this movie Illena is playing lead role with alluarjun’s intrest. The movie is completley romantic comedy entertainer and Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore are playing comic roles. Radhakrishna is the producer of the film and D.V.V.Danayya is the presenter. The film will be released in the month of June.
