As Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Anushka have parted their ways without offering their share of publicity for promoting ‘Vedam,’ creator behind this movie krish (Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna) took on the burden and started arriving on TV screens in the name of special chat shows with audience on ‘Vedam.’
Krish most of the time spoke about the hard work they put into this movie and co-operation from Bunny, Manoj and Anushka in happening of ‘Vedam.’
When subjects like piracy has come over into his mind, he requested audience not to kill the movie by watching on small screens with a CD/DVD costing 10 to 20 Rs. as this would pull hundreds of families worked for the movie on to the streets.
‘Take a pirated CD or DVD into your hands, break it into two pieces. Then, feel the satisfaction that you get after watching the movie on big screen,’ krish tried his best to educate the audience. One thing to say, the way krish has stammered or skipped off from one subject to other inconclusive in the discussion, viewers before TV sets doubted whether this creative genius is still tensed by the result of ‘Vedam?’

Vedam News : Vedam strikes gold
Despite all its lacunae, Vedam has struck a goldmine at the box office, claim the movie-makers. It has a great cast. Lead actors Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj, Manoj Bajpai Anushka and Nagaiah among others have performed well. Its background score by M.M Keeravani is the film’s asset.
The film emerged as the biggest opener this year by collecting $0.2 million in its first five days in America and Rs. 10.5 crore on 350 screens in India.
Nizam grossed Rs 3.45 crore, Guntur 1.02 crore, Vizag Rs. 79.95 lakh and Karnataka Rs. 1.1 crore.
Where the film flounders is its drab narration. There is no soul-stirring element that could unite the story. Its lengthy second half has destroyed all the positive score the film gained in the first half.
You have five stories and five dramatis personae fighting their respective situations. All the five character-story elements land up in a government hospital in Hyderabad which is already a terrorist-target. Now, how did they save the hospital forms the climax of the movie.
Jointly produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under the banner of Arka Media Works. Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi (Krish) of Gamyam fame directed the film. Arjun plays a de-glamorized character and Manchu Manoj the role of a rock star. Manoj Bajpai's typical role gives the twists and turns to the story. Anushka plays a prostitute in the film.

Vedam NEWS: Bunny dissasified with Krish
One movie hit and directors start experimenting…ofcourse it is the positive approach in todays young breed of directors who are dying for creative work. Here is one such movie from director
Krish of ‘Gamyam’ fame who is raring to go for the verdict of public tomorrow with his ‘vedam,’ the so called multi starrer project with Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Anushka.
With too many petty ego problems surrounding, ‘vedam’ itself is drowning into controversies that seems never ending. With contradicting statements from Manchu Manoj and Allu Arjun about the making of ‘vedam’ on one side and Director Krish himslef declaring this as an experimental movie (does this mean no commercial elements) and freshly, one of our close sources say that Allu Arjun who watched the movie few days ago was disgruntled and was in no mood of cheering.
Well, wait for the mark of the audience on 'Vedam’
Allu Arjun News : Allu Arjun waiting for Nagarjuna call!
This young lot of Tollywood heroes seem to be co-ordial. This is not the generation of competition but these heroes are more into co-operation and friendship. Never was such congenial atmosphere seen in industry as what we see these days.
From long back, there was never an instance where big heroes of yesteryear have shown interest to act in banners of other big heroes or their relatives. Geetha Arts, Suresh Productions, Annapurna Studios, Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures have become the respective forts for Allu & Chiru clan, Daggubati clan, Akkineni clan and Manchu clan heroes respectively.
Here is a trendsetting chapter in Tollywood opened by Naga Chaitanya as he has become the first hero from young lot to start working for other big banner, what we see him today working for Geetha Arts of Allu. Though nothing confirmative but Allu Arjun is known to be eager to respond with a kind return gesture for Akkineni family and is waiting for a call from Nagarjuna to get cast him in one of their movies on Annapurna Studios.
If such wonderful relations last longer, no doubt we may see multi starrers in our Tollywood very soon.
