Allu Arjun, Ram Charan and NTR Jr are regarded as the best dancers in Tollywood today. But come August 9, the debate will be settled once and for all say unit members of Allu Arjun's upcoming flick Julayi. Apparently Allu Arjun has raised the bar as far as dancing goes in this movie. Apparently the movie is going have the stylish star grooving to some of the toughest dance moves ever.

Well Allu Arjun has always strived to raise the bar further with each of his films and this movie is going to prove once and for all the he is best dancer in the business today. There are high expectations riding on Julayi which is all set to hit the marquee next Friday. The actor hasn't had a release since Badrinath, last year and his fans are pretty eager to watch their favorite star on screen.

Trivikram Srinivas is directing the movie with Ileana playing the female lead. Allu Arjun hasn't had a blockbuster in a while and he will be hoping this film will break the jinx and give him that elusive hit.

Shruti has No Time for Bunny

Shruti Haasan, who is currently set to begin work on a Hindi film directed by Prabhu Dheva, has had to reject a few offers because of her packed schedule. This includes a Puri Jagannadh film with Allu Arjun in the lead.
"I couldn't accept the film as I didn't have dates," says Shruti, when quizzed. The film is slated to go on floors in next month. While Shruti is sad that she has missed the opportunity to work with the team, she says, "I'm also happy that I'm busy with work."

Coincidentally, this isn't the first time that a Shruti-Allu Arjun film didn't take off. Earlier this year, around February, there were reports of the pair teaming up for a film that was to be directed by Selvaraghavan. But, due to everyone being busy with their respective projects at that period, the project just remained in the speculations stage.

Shruti, currently, is doing her first comic role opposite Ravi Teja in Tollywood apart from her Hindi film. The actress has recently said that she is in discussions with Tamil makers, but there hasn't been any formal announcement from her side yet.

Rajamouli Headaches Continue for Bunny

 

Allu Arjun's Julayi was planned to release on July 13. Despite announcing the date many days in advance, Julayi was forced to go to August as Eega released on July 6. With Eega taking a rocking start at the box office, Julayi makers pushed the release of this film to August 9. When Julayi is gearing up for release as per schedule, Rajamouli started to give new headaches to it.

Andala Rakshasi movie is releasing on August 10, just a day after Julayi. Normally a low budget film like Andala Rakshasi is not a threat to Julayi. But with Rajamouli buying share in Andala Rakshasi, it has turned heads and is sure to get decent opening because of Rajamouli's name attached to it. This will affect Julayi's collections in cities to some extent.

Julayi moved to August 9 just to avoid competition from other films. It targeted a clear week to make the most of it. Andala Rakshasi coming in between will not be liked by the Julayi team. We have to wait and see if Andala Rakshasi release will be postponed to some other day or will it lock horns with Julayi.

Bunny - Can He be a Top Star?

It is a known fact that some of the hero's names in the list are Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan. To an extent, even Junior NTR can also be added because he has the potential and capacity of them can get some good collections at box office.Though ‘Dammu’ didn’t get good talk it was his stamina that brought a decent collection. Amidst all this, one question is now making rounds. Can Allu Arjun be part of this league? Does he have that power? So far, Bunny’s best hits have been ‘Desamuduru’ and ‘Arya’. But times have changed and he has not been on a success streak lately.

Now, Bunny is arriving with the movie ‘Julayi’. If this film crosses Rs 40 crores then Bunny can be placed in the top league and he will replace Junior NTR. As of now, the market potential of Bunny is definitely not on par with Charan or Mahesh or Pawan but you never know if the film is good then the audience would not hesitate to give Bunny the promotion.

The London Olympics' affinity with South Indian cinema is getting stronger. After the music of Ilayaraja and A R Rahman featured at the inaugural ceremony, some leading southern stars have headed to London to catch the live action.

Top Malayalam star Mohanlal of 'Siraichalai' and 'Unnaipol Oruvan' fame, is in the United Kingdom with his family to watch the Olympics.

Mohanlal recently posted photographs of himself and his wife Suchitra from London on Twitter. Many recognized the actor at the Olympics and wanted to take pictures with him.

Meanwhile, Tollywood young gun Allu Arjun too is at the Olympics. Accompanied by wife Sneha, the star has taken a break from his work and headed to London to catch the gaming extravaganza live.

Bunny-Jagannadh's 'Iddarammaayilatho'

Puri Jagannadh who is currently filming Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu with Pawan Kalyan in the lead role will begin another new movie from October.

His next would be with Allu Arjun as hero. The film will be formally launched on September 20th and regular shoot commences from October.

Sources told us that Puri has decided to name the movie - Iddarammaayilatho.As the title suggests, the film obviously has two heroines.

Shruti Haasan is being considered for one role.

Puri Jagannadh and Allu Arjun earlier delivered a blockbuster - Desarmuduru - in 2007. Chakri is providing the music for Iddarammaayilatho. Bandla Ganesh produces the movie.
